1. No Returns or Exchanges

At DMHome, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except as required by applicable law.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

• A brief description of the issue

We will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no extra cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our dropshipping business, we cannot accept returns for:

• Products ordered in error by the customer

• Items that have been used, worn, or altered

• Items without original packaging (if applicable)

• Clearance or final sale items

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued in cases where:

• The product cannot be delivered due to supplier or courier error

• The product is out of stock and no alternative is available
  Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
